"Worldline Announces New Leadership Team to Steer Its Strategic Transformation"

Worldline, a leading European player in the payments and digital services industry, has announced a renewal of its Executive Committee with the appointment of four new members. The new team, effective from September 1 and October 1, aims to bring diversity and international expertise to drive Worldline's transformation, growth, and cash flow improvement.

Pierre-Antoine Vacheron remains as CEO, leading the team that now comprises nine diverse executives representing various nationalities.

Madalena Cascais Tomé, a seasoned leader in the payments and digital services sector, has been appointed as the Head of Financial Services, effective October 1. Madalena previously served as the CEO of SIBS, a leading European interbank payment and digital services organization. She co-leads EuroPA, advancing groundbreaking interoperability and cross-border payment initiatives, and chairs several companies, including representing 11 of Europe's leading instant payment solutions.

Anika Grant, an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer and Board Advisor, joins as the Chief People Officer, effective September 1. Anika brings a wealth of international experience in digital and transformational environments, having held senior HR leadership roles at Uber and as Chief People Officer at Ubisoft. She successfully navigated a period of pivotal change for Ubisoft and transformed the HR function. Anika is fluent in English and French and holds a degree in Business Information Technology from the University of New South Wales.

Srikanth Seshadri, an experienced global finance leader, joins as the Chief Financial Officer, effective September 8. Srikanth's background includes Audit & Risk consulting at Arthur Andersen and leadership roles in complex international environments at Alstom. He played a key role in deleveraging Alstom, stabilizing its Investment Grade outlook in a turnaround situation. Srikanth is a British National, of Indian origin, with international experience and outlook, and functional expertise in Operations Finance, Strategy, and Corporate Finance.

Candice Dillon, a seasoned technology executive, joined as the Chief Technology Officer earlier this July. Paul Marriott-Clarke, Head of Merchant Services, joined in October last year.

This renewal aims to reposition Worldline as the European partner of choice in payments amid ongoing strategic challenges. The new team's mandate is to drive Worldline's transformation, growth, and cash flow improvement.
