VSING and GENDA Team Up for Interactive Karaoke Introductions in Japan
Worldgate's VSING Expands into Japan's Karaoke Market
In an exciting development for the interactive entertainment industry, Worldgate Global Logistics Ltd has announced a strategic alliance with two subsidiaries of GENDA Inc., Dynamo Amusement Inc. and Shin Corporation Co., Ltd. This partnership aims to bring VSING's innovative live-streaming karaoke experience to Japan.
The alliance has resulted in the opening of VSING's first flagship store, "VSING Shibuya", in Tokyo's bustling Shibuya district on August 8, 2025. This move marks a significant step in VSING's long-term strategic growth plan, not only in Japan but also in other international markets.
VSING Shibuya leverages Dynamo's advanced Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies to create a cutting-edge entertainment experience. Users can request songs, send virtual gifts, and trigger special effects through the dedicated VSING app. The store offers an interactive live-streaming system that allows performers to take the stage in a professional setting and engage with online audiences.
This collaboration between Worldgate, Dynamo Amusement Inc., Shin Corporation Co., Ltd, and GENDA Inc. sub-entities is expected to accelerate VSING's presence and operations in Japan. By combining VSING’s technology and entertainment model with GENDA’s local network and expertise in amusement businesses, the alliance aims to facilitate efficient market penetration.
With the grand opening of VSING Shibuya, VSING now operates over 45 locations worldwide, expanding its global footprint with Japan being a crucial new market. Worldgate aims to expand at least 10 new stores a month, with a goal of reaching 100 locations globally and 500,000 users by the end of the year.
The Group plans to introduce the VSING system into more locations to accelerate VSING’s expansion in Japan and other international markets. This strategic move strengthens VSING’s role as an innovative player in interactive entertainment and positions it to tap into Japan’s vibrant karaoke culture using digital live-streaming technology.
