Viridian Unveils RFX 42: Rugged, Long-Lasting Reflex Sight for Everyday Carry
Viridian Weapon Technologies has introduced the Viridian RFX 42, a compact, enclosed reflex sight designed for concealed carry and everyday carry pistols. The sight, made of rugged machined aluminum with IPX6 water resistance, is now available at an MSRP of $399.
The Viridian RFX 42 features 'Instant On' technology, which activates the sight with motion, preserving battery life. It uses a single CR 1620 battery, easily replaceable via a removable side tray. With a battery life of up to 28,000 hours, the sight ensures long-term use.
The sight projects a 5-MOA green dot, visible in diverse lighting conditions. It offers 10 brightness settings, including two night-vision compatible modes. The Viridian RFX 42 is compatible with a wide range of pistols, using the Shield Sights RMSc optics footprint, fitting thin, striker-fired carry guns and 1911-style pistols.
