Space Norway initiates worldwide Low Earth Orbit satellite services, functioning as an Authorized Starlink Reseller
Satellite operator Space Norway has teamed up with Starlink by SpaceX to offer Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite connectivity services, starting immediately. This alliance is a significant step towards Space Norway's goal of providing a multi-orbit infrastructure that includes geostationary (GEO), Highly Elliptical Orbit (HEO), and LEO satellites.
The Starlink satellite constellation will empower Space Norway to provide low-latency LEO services to maritime mobility clients across the globe and land-based businesses throughout the EMEA region.
The Starlink LEO service is all set to go live in the near future and will be backed by Space Norway's customer portal, enabling clients to manage their service efficiently by monitoring usage, as well as upgrading or downgrading their service. Clients can obtain the necessary hardware to run Starlink services directly from Space Norway.
