Rocky Shore Gold Raises C$503,500 for Gold Anchor Project Drilling

Rocky Shore Gold Ltd. (CSE: RSG) has successfully concluded the final tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising C$503,500. The funds will support exploration at the company's 100%-owned Gold Anchor Project in central Newfoundland, with a focus on the Lane Pond Gold Target in 2025-26.

The Company issued 6,750,000 Units at C$0.05 each, with each Unit comprising one Common Share and one-half of one Warrant. Additionally, 3,320,000 flow-through shares (FT Shares) were issued at the same price. In total, the Company raised C$2.5 million through the Offering. The securities issued in the final tranche are subject to a statutory hold period expiring February 8, 2026.

Rocky Shore Gold Ltd. is a Canadian exploration company targeting major gold discoveries at its Gold Anchor Project. The Lane Pond Gold Target, the focus of the inaugural drill program, is strategically located within the prolific Appleton Fault Corridor.
