RM Sotheby's Munich 2025: Best of M Collection Auction Showcases Rare BMW M Models
RM Sotheby's Munich 2025 event hosts the prestigious Best of M Collection auction on 18 October 2025. This gathering showcases rare, significant, and best-driving BMW M models spanning decades, from the 1970s to the present.
The collection boasts older gems like a 1975 2002 turbo and a BMW M1. It also features modern offerings such as a 2016 M2, 2023 M4 CSL, and 2016 M4 GTS. A standout is an S54-powered BMW M Coupe in Phoenix Yellow, with around 7,500 kilometers.
Among the collection, the rarest car is a 2011 BMW M3 CRT, one of just 67 examples, in pristine condition with only 168 kilometers on the clock. The sole ALPINA model, a 2003 BMW ALPINA Roadster V8, adds exclusivity. Most of the collection consists of 1990s and later models, including an E36 M3 GT and a BMW Z1.
The Best of M Collection auction, part of RM Sotheby's Munich 2025 event, offers a unique opportunity for BMW enthusiasts and collectors. Interested bidders can view the entire collection online before the auction on 18 October 2025.
