The event, featuring 200 speakers, 500 exhibitors, and 100 international startups, focused on creating unique in-store experiences and enhancing customer service through technology.

Oniwines CEO Federico Veronesi stressed the importance of creating unique in-store experiences to engage customers. Artificial intelligence was a dominant topic, with retailers investing in upskilling and using AI to enhance customer experiences. Sam's Club Executive Vice President Diana Marshall highlighted the importance of creating memorable customer experiences. MediaMarktSaturn CEO Kai-Ulrich Deissner and SNIPES CEO Dennis Schröder both underscored the need for retailers to understand and fulfill customer desires, and to build authentic connections with local communities respectively.
