Radial Entertainment Unveils Powerhouse Leadership Team
Radial Entertainment, a newly formed entertainment company, has revealed its key leadership appointments. Garson Foos, CEO and co-founder of Shout! Studios, now heads Radial following a merger with FilmRise under Oaktree Capital in 2025.
Dave McIntosh has been named Executive Vice President of Content and Business Affairs. He is responsible for acquiring film, TV, and creator content for Radial. David Buoymaster has been appointed Chief Investment Officer, leading content strategy, underwriting process, and investment decision-making. He also chairs a newly formed Investment Committee.
Max Pinigin has been named Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial planning and reporting, corporate development, investor relations, accounting, treasury, and compliance. Johnny Holden has been appointed Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer, overseeing revenue generation and strategic direction across Radial's distribution ecosystem. All appointees report directly to CEO Garson Foos, and their roles have taken effect immediately.
Radial Entertainment's new leadership team brings a wealth of experience in their respective fields. With these appointments, the company is well-positioned to drive growth and success in the entertainment industry.
