Quality Control Engineer Position

The QA Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites across mobile, web, and backend applications. This position requires collaboration with product and engineering teams, participation in feature and architecture reviews, and development of test plans, test cases, and automated tests.
Candidates should have experience writing functional, integration, system, and end-to-end automated tests. A passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems creatively is essential. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels, and show creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness.
Required qualifications include several years of QA experience, typically three to five years as indicated in similar QA roles. Candidates should also have experience programming in Ruby, Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and testing RESTful APIs. Familiarity with QA processes and tools is expected, and candidates should be self-directed and detail-oriented.
The QA Engineer will support automated testing efforts across all supported mobile platforms and browser configurations. Experience with Unix (Linux preferred) is required, as well as experience with Espresso, XCUI, Selenium/Appium, Cypress, or similar mobile automation frameworks. Candidates should also have experience with CI/CD pipelines and reports.
