Parker Hannifin, a leading global provider of motion and control technologies, has announced its intention to acquire Curtis Instruments from Rehlko for approximately $1 billion in cash. The deal, which is expected to close by the end of calendar year 2025, aims to strengthen Parker Hannifin's position in the electrification market and expand its offerings in key applications within the industrial and commercial sectors.

The strategic focus of the acquisition is to provide comprehensive electrification solutions for the industrial material handling, off-highway vehicles, and commercial electric/hybrid vehicle markets.
