Ola Electric Rolls Out One-Millionth Vehicle, Launches New Models
Ola Electric has reached a significant milestone, rolling out its one-millionth vehicle from the Futurefactory in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. The company, led by founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal, celebrated this achievement with the launch of new models and special editions.
Ola Electric's strong demand for its S1 electric scooters and Tesla Roadster electric motorcycles led to this landmark. The company announced the S1 Pro Sport, a sports scooter available in 5.2 kWh and 4 kWh battery pack options, powered by the Bharat Cell. The S1 Pro+ and Roadster X are priced at ₹1,69,999 and ₹1,89,999 respectively, with deliveries starting this Navratri.
At the 'Sankalp' event, Ola revealed a special edition Roadster X in midnight blue with sporty red accents. It features recycled copper waste badges and electroplated bar ends, celebrating the millionth vehicle milestone. The S1 Pro Sport will be offered at an introductory price of ₹1,49,999, with deliveries beginning in January 2026.
Ola Electric's rapid growth, from commencing production in 2021 to rolling out its millionth vehicle in less than four years, is a testament to the increasing demand for electric vehicles in India. The company continues to innovate and expand its product offerings, marking significant milestones in the electric mobility sector.
