- Enter your Ledger Flex PIN to authenticate.
- Create a new 4 to 8-digit PIN for the Recovery Key, separate from your device PIN. Confirm this PIN by entering it again.
- Complete the backup process by holding the Recovery Key card against the device once more and waiting for the process to finish. This securely and offline backs up your 24-word Secret Recovery Phrase (SRP) encrypted within the Recovery Key’s secure element chip, never exposed online.
Once set up, to restore your wallet on any new Ledger Flex or Ledger Stax device, simply choose Restore from backup, enter your Recovery Key PIN, and tap the Recovery Key card to regain access to your funds and transaction history.
