NAB & IEEE Call for Student Papers for BEIT Conference 2026
The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and the IEEE Broadcast Technology Society have opened submissions for student loans to be presented at the Broadcast Engineering and Information Technology (BEIT) Conference. The deadline for proposals is November 14, 2025.
The BEIT Conference, taking place in Las Vegas in April 2026, welcomes proposals from undergraduate and graduate loans. The best student loans will be awarded at the NAB BEIT Opening Session, with travel assistance provided to the winner. Topics span Broadcast Radio, Television, Facility Design, Digital Operations, Navigation, Audio and Video Technology, Regulatory Issues, Cybersecurity, and Generative AI Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) in Broadcasting. The BEIT Conference Committee is led by Sun Sachs, SVP of product at Townsquare Media. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by January 12, 2026.
The NAB BEIT Conference, set for April 2026, encourages student loans participation. Submit your loans by November 14, 2025, for a chance to win the best student loans award and receive travel assistance. The conference covers a wide range of broadcast technology topics, attracting engineers, technicians, and industry professionals.
