Mumbai Tops Hurun List: Most Entrepreneurs Under 30 Reside in Mumbai (aka 'Maximum City')
In a vibrant display of youthful innovation and ambition, the Avendus Wealth Hurun India Under 30 list 2025 has highlighted 79 young entrepreneurs under the age of 30 who are making waves in India's business landscape. This year, six women entrepreneurs are featured on the list, including Devika Gholap, the youngest female entrepreneur and founder of OptraSCAN, who tops the Avendus-Hurun Uth Series 2025 list of women leaders under 30.
The list is dominated by the tech industry, with 21 entrepreneurs leading software product companies, followed closely by financial services with 9 entrepreneurs. Consumer services rank a close second with 12 entrepreneurs.
