Micro Epsilon has launched new thicknessGAUGE systems for precise inline thickness and 3D measurement of strip and sheet materials. The systems offer quick, low-cost adaptations and precise measurements up to 50 mm.

thicknessGAUGE can be tailored to various applications with a wide range of sensor models, measuring ranges, and widths. It supports fixed-position, multi-position, fixed-position center, and traversing thickness measurements.

The system ensures accurate results with synchronized, calibrated, and temperature-compensated components. It measures strip and sheet materials precisely, delivering reliable data for process control and quality assurance.

Micro Epsilon has partnered with several software manufacturers for specialized solutions. Quad Plus, Thermo Scientific, Verisurf Software, and MTI Instruments offer software for data interpretation, reporting, and process control, tailored to thickness measurement applications. A powerful software package is also included via the multi-touch capable panel IPC.
