Lutz Pumps' Lube Drive Set to Revolutionize Agricultural Machinery Lubrication in 2025
Lutz Pumps has innovated with the grease pump Lube Drive, set to revolutionise filling central lubrication systems on agricultural machinery. This independent, quiet, and compressor-free device is expected to hit the market in 2025.
The Lube Drive, designed for easier and cleaner filling, is compatible with container sizes ranging from 10 to 60 kg. It can handle various lubricants, including all common greases up to NLGI-2 and gear oils, at a delivery rate of up to 2 kg/min.
The pump uses an eccentric screw pump driven by a common cordless screwdriver to convey grease into the central lubrication system. This innovation addresses the often annoying task of refilling central lubrication systems, which regularly supply lubrication points with grease.
The grease pump Lube Drive from Lutz Pumps is anticipated to make lubrication maintenance on agricultural machinery simpler and more efficient. While the price is yet to be announced, its expected availability is in 2025.
