Key Responsibilities
As a Senior or Team Lead CV Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of investment products centred on virtual conversational AI technologies. Your main tasks will include training and fine-tuning generative models, developing a CV roadmap, establishing a process for iterative improvement and validation of CV model quality, and potentially training multimodal bots. Proficiency in fine-tuning text-to-video models, CLIP models, and DPO and other methods for fine-tuning text-to-image models is expected. Knowledge of diffusion model distillation is also required.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in computer vision engineering, especially applied within Conversational AI. You should have experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams and deep technical skills in relevant AI/ML frameworks and programming languages. The ability to architect and deliver complex AI-powered products is essential.
