Vivo T4R 5G Launches in India: A Mid-Range 5G Smartphone with Premium Features
The Vivo T4R 5G, a new mid-range smartphone, has been launched in India. The device boasts a 6.77-inch full HD+ quad-curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 2392 x 1080, supporting up to a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1800 nits peak brightness. It is protected by CHOTT Xensation α glass.
Under the hood, the Vivo T4R 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset with Mali G615 MC2 GPU. It comes with RAM options of 8GB or 12GB LPDDR4X, expandable virtually by another 12GB using internal storage. Storage options include 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2. The device runs on Android 15 with Vivo’s FuntouchOS 15 skin.
The Vivo T4R 5G camera setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, there's a 32MP camera capable of 4K video recording.
Additional features include a 5700mAh battery with 44W fast charging, an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, and support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.4, GPS, USB Type-C, and various sensors such as a gyroscope, accelerometer, proximity, and compass. The device is also dust and water resistant, certified IP68/IP69.
Pricing and Availability
The Vivo T4R 5G is available in two colors: Arctic White and Twilight Blue. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at Rs 19,499, while the top-end variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at Rs 21,499 and Rs 23,499. The device will be available for purchase from Flipkart and Vivo India store starting August 5, 2025.
Customers can avail themselves of launch offers including an instant discount of Rs 2,000 on using HDFC or Axis Bank card, and a Rs 2,000 exchange bonus. No-interest EMI for 6 months is also available.
