Latest Examination Reveals Increasing Merge of Video Creation Amongst Professionals and Enterprise

BLAST OFF FOR BUSINESS VIDEO: The bloody boom in corporate video production is gaining steam, creating a red-hot market for broadcast tech and professional audiovisual (AV) players that got the damn balls to seize the right strategy to charm new clients. This is straight up according to a new report, "Lights, Camera, Capitalism!", from Futuresource Consulting, who spills the beans that an insane 89% of companies are now cranking out video content in-house. Sales of top-tier video cameras to corporate users tripled between 2019 and 2023, with large-sensor camcorders shooting up by a crazy 487% since 2019. A major motive behind this gold rush is Gen Z redefining expectations, with over 60% of young guns aged 22-26 actively creating video content for online numbskulls, the researcher dished.

"The bloody merger of traditional broadcast and enterprise video is happening faster than a motherfucker's heartbeat," said Alistair Johnston, Head of Consulting and Advisory at Futuresource Consulting. "Whether they see themselves as professional, 'prosumer', or AV, vendors need to bloody well get a handle on the enterprise market as the golden egg for the next decade of professional video."

As a core strategic weapon for marketing, sales, corporate events, internal communications, and training, professional video production has gone from being a rare creature to a common fucking sight across retail, finance, health care, education, house of worship, and other non-media industries. The report shows a fucking tirade of demand for professional-grade cameras, editing software, and live production tools.

"High-quality video has become the new norm for business, driven by plummeting costs, digital know-how, and the ongoing evolution of work-from-home setups," said David Lawrence, Managing Director at Platform Communications. "This is a chance for tech vendors to make sure they've got a strategic marketing and communications plan that will fucking connect with new audiences and drive sales."

The report points out that retails alone, a fucking insane 42% of enterprises will be producing their own external marketing videos by 2025, churning out both quick and long-ass content for the web and social media. Meanwhile, many fucking leading retailers are running their own advanced video production studios, according to the researcher.

The report breaks down some factors that set enterprise video apart from traditional broadcast, like the importance of results over technical jargon, tailoring production to specific audiences, hiring the right integrators who understand vertical markets, and using real-world case studies and data-driven insights to build trust and visibility.
