Krasnodar Krai's Industrial Boom: 10 New Plants Launched, 7 More Planned by 2025

Krasnodar Krai, Russia, has seen significant industrial growth with the launch of two new plants and plans for seven more import-substituting projects by 2025. Governor Veniamin Kondratyev's support for high-tech enterprises has driven this progress.

In the Seversky District, a plant producing amorphous silica dioxide and a complex for cartridge system components have begun operations. Meanwhile, the Staromininsky District has localized the production of harvester components. Additionally, a factory in the Belorechensky District has been reconstructed to produce special thread for hosiery.

Over the past three years, ten import-substituting industrial productions have been launched in the region. Looking ahead, seven more projects are planned by 2025. These include the production of brake discs in Armavir, photoelectric converters for space use, and a glass recycling plant in Krasnodar. Special measures have been developed to assist enterprises in mastering new product lines in import-dependent sectors such as machine tool building, mechanical engineering, and pharmaceuticals.

With the support of Governor Veniamin Kondratyev, Krasnodar Krai has successfully launched ten import-substituting industrial productions and plans to introduce seven more by 2025. This initiative aims to produce goods previously imported, boosting the region's economy and self-sufficiency.
