Kia Unveils Refreshed Stonic with Lower Prices
Kia has revealed an updated Stonic with a fresh new look. Prices start from £21,795, a dip from the previous model. UK specifications and pricing are yet to be confirmed.
The overhauled Stonic retains its dimensions: 4165mm long, 1760mm wide, and a spacious 352-litre boot. It offers a choice of two 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engines, both available with a six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic gearbox.
The entry-level 99bhp engine takes 11.0sec to reach 0-62mph and emits 125-133g/km of CO2. The more powerful 113bhp version, aided by mild hybrid tech, does the same sprint in 10.7sec, with emissions of 120-129g/km. Both engines comply with Euro 6d-Full emissions standards.
The updated Kia Stonic, aligning with Kia's 'Opposites United' design philosophy, brings refreshed styling inside and out. It retains the manual gearbox option, appealing to a wider range of drivers. UK details will be confirmed soon.
