Ideagen Expands Aviation Portfolio with Casper & SafetyStratus Acquisitions
Ideagen, a leading provider of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions, has expanded its aviation offerings by acquiring two prominent companies: Casper, a specialist in aviation compliance and environmental monitoring, and SafetyStratus, a chemical management software provider.
Casper, founded by Rick Dignard and Brent D. McAfee, serves over 60 of the world's busiest airports across four continents. Its data analytics tools help monitor the environmental impact of airline movements. Following its acquisition by Ideagen in 2019, Casper's technology will now strengthen Ideagen's environmental, health, and safety (EHS) offerings for aviation customers.
SafetyStratus, serving over 500,000 users worldwide, offers modules for chemical management, inventory, radiation, hazardous waste, and biosafety. Ideagen will integrate these solutions into its existing EHS portfolio, rebranding them as Ideagen Chemical Management. This acquisition further bolsters Ideagen's commitment to enhancing safety and compliance in the aviation industry.
With these acquisitions, Ideagen continues to expand its aviation portfolio, now offering comprehensive solutions for compliance, chemical management, and environmental monitoring. By integrating Casper's and SafetyStratus' technologies into its existing EHS offerings, Ideagen aims to provide a more robust suite of tools for its aviation customers, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure operational excellence.
