9th GALA Conference to Discuss the Future of Serious Games in Virtual Reality

The 9th edition of the GALA Conference, taking place on December 9-10, will bring together researchers, developers, and practitioners from various fields to share insights, analyze trends, and discuss future perspectives on serious games, particularly focusing on Virtual Reality (VR).

Held by the GAMES AND LEARNING ALLIANCE (GALA), this conference focuses on the science and application of serious games. This year's event will attract researchers in Computer Science and Human and Social Sciences, as well as educators and players from the teaching sector.

The conference is sponsored by the Serious Games Society, a learned society that publishes the International Journal of Serious Games, and organized by the LIUM, a leading research laboratory in France dedicated to digital tools for education and learning. Our team is part of the IUT of Laval, a constituent part of the University of Le Mans.
