Giant 135-inch Direct View LED display chosen for conference room modernization project
In a bid to enhance their conference room and create a high-impact space for important customer meetings, CSI Electrical Contractors, a leading electrical design and construction company based in Santa Fe Springs, California, turned to ViewSonic and their latest offering, the 135-inch Direct View LED display.
The CSI technical and IT team were immediately impressed with the crystal-clear images, outstanding brightness, and vibrant colors that the ViewSonic display offered. Their positive experiences with ViewSonic products, including desktop monitors and large-screen conference room displays, had prepared them for the quality they were about to experience.
Ruben Estrada, CSI network administrator, had fallen in love with the ViewSonic display during a showroom visit. The display, with its all-in-one solution and easier front-of-screen maintenance, seemed like an ideal choice for the Solar Group conference room.
However, the installation process was not without its challenges. There were delays in receiving parts, an upside-down panel, and a color matrix that required adjustment. But the ViewSonic tech team was prompt and effective in addressing these issues, demonstrating their commitment to customer service.
The CSI team, including consultants, engineers, project managers, tradespeople, and professionals, found the ViewSonic display to be durable and resilient. The ease with which they could remove and reinsert panels using a vacuum tool was a testament to the display's robust design.
The ViewSonic 135-inch Direct View LED display has been in use for over a year now, and it has received positive feedback from the Solar Group users. The increased budget, which allowed the company to work with a new AV partner, Avidex, has proven to be a wise investment.
Avidex had presented CSI with options for a large LED screen as the room's visual focal point, and the ViewSonic display was the perfect solution. The company's solar business has grown, leading to bigger projects and more customers, making the high-impact space even more valuable.
The CSI technical and IT team concluded that ViewSonic lived up to its brand reputation, both in product quality and customer experience. They have had a positive working relationship with their ViewSonic representative, Steve Rodriguez, who has been instrumental in facilitating the successful installation and use of the display.
As for Avidex, while the CEO for 2021 is not publicly identified, the company continues to grow and evolve, with Shedan Maghzi serving as Strategic Advisor and Tim Hennon taking over as NSCA leadership. The future looks bright for both CSI and Avidex, as they continue to collaborate and deliver innovative solutions for their clients.
