Gamescom 2025: Car Makers Race to Blend Gaming and Driving

Gamescom, the world's largest gaming event, is set to attract car manufacturers eager to reach a young, tech-savvy audience. This year, expect to see innovative technologies and entertainment concepts that blur the line between gaming and driving.

Mercedes-Benz is leading the charge with cloud gaming. Gamers can now enjoy Fortnite and other AAA titles via the MBUX system, even in parked vehicles. Meanwhile, Aston Martin is teaming up with HoYoverse to showcase Zenless Zone Zero and a custom Vantage Coupé.

Audi's gaming platform, AirConsole, brings interactive gaming fun directly into the car. The brand will also present its legendary Le Mans racing vehicle at the event. Opel made a splash last year with the Corsa Rally Electric in a Gamescom Special Edition. BMW and Mattel brought UNO to life as an in-car game, available via an update in BMW and MINI vehicles.

Gamescom 2025 promises to be a thrilling intersection of gaming and automotive innovation. With Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, and Opel all bringing exciting new concepts, visitors can expect a unique blend of speed, style, and technology.
