In the bustling city of Munich, the annual Transport Logistic event is underway, attracting professionals from various sectors of the logistics and transport industries. This year, Webfleet and Telematics Partners GmbH have made a significant impact with their innovative digital solutions, centred on fleet management, vehicle safety, and sustainability reporting.

Located at Hall B1, Stand 305/406, the duo showcases a connected, secure, and sustainable fleet management ecosystem. Their offerings, unveiled at the event, aim to optimise operations, promote vehicle safety, and support sustainability targets.

One of the key highlights is the Integrated Telematics Platform, a collaboration between Webfleet and Krone. This platform offers seamless trailer telematics on one unified platform via the OEM.connect partner programme. Real-time monitoring of critical parameters such as location, cold storage temperatures, door security, and tire pressure is now possible, improving operational efficiency and maintenance planning.

The new Webfleet PRO X Driver Terminal, a robust tablet that combines navigation, communication, and tour management in one device, is another significant addition. This device, preloaded with the Webfleet Work App, enables drivers and fleet managers to manage jobs more effectively and utilise advanced workflow features, supporting streamlined operations and better communication within the fleet.

Safety is a top priority, and Webfleet's solutions bundle includes vehicle safety checks and camera integration to enhance driver and vehicle security. Additionally, tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) help prevent downtime and accidents by ensuring optimal tire conditions.

The focus on sustainability is evident in Webfleet's solution, which supports operators in monitoring and reporting on environmental data such as emissions and operational efficiency. This aligns with broader industry goals of reducing carbon footprints within logistics and transport sectors.

For last-mile and return management, Webfleet showcases mobile printing and scanning systems in cooperation with Brother. These systems enable labeling of shipments and mobile printing of delivery notes independent of location.

Webfleet also presents a fully integrated solution for temperature monitoring during transport, working with partners such as Thermo King or Transcold. Real-time alarm messages and automatic documentation are designed to facilitate compliance with legal requirements.

The new Webfleet Video 2.0, a new generation of AI-powered dashcams, is another innovation on display. These cameras recognise risky driving behaviour, distraction, or fatigue in real-time and immediately warn drivers.

For those concerned about vehicle security, the mechanical anti-theft device TankSafe, which prevents the siphoning of fuel and the filling of contaminated liquids, will be demonstrated at the booth in cooperation with TankSafe Germany.

Webfleet also introduces a TÜV-certified CO2 reporting module for fleet managers to record and display emissions according to the CSRD directive, integrated into the existing telematics platform.

To address driver wellbeing and security, the platform offers secure parking booking across Europe, reducing inefficiencies caused by lack of safe parking spots and contributing to safer and more sustainable transport operations.

In summary, the new Webfleet and Telematics Partners solutions at Transport Logistic 2025 are designed to create a connected, secure, and sustainable fleet management ecosystem. Their integrated telematics, driver-focused tools, and comprehensive data access help optimise operations while promoting vehicle safety and supporting sustainability targets.
