Freight Transport innovations by Kempf in the year 2025: Introduction of Tipping Technology for shipping goods
Kempf Showcases Innovative Solutions at Nufam 2025
The Nufam commercial vehicle trade fair, held in Karlsruhe from September 25 to 28, 2025, was a bustling event for the commercial vehicle industry. Among the exhibitors, vehicle construction company Kempf stood out with their innovative displays.
At their exhibition stand in Hall 2, Stand A 225, Kempf showcased a variety of tipping vehicles and trailers, designed to cater to the demanding needs of the industry. The star of the show was their steel round dump body and three-way tipper body, each offering unique features that highlight Kempf's focus on durability, operational flexibility, and efficiency.
The Steel Round Dump Body is a robust construction, optimized for durability and heavy-duty applications. Its round shape aids efficient dumping and reduces material residue inside the body. Enhanced resistance against wear and abrasion extends the service life, while compatibility with various heavy commercial vehicles ensures flexible use.
The Three-Way Tipper Body is capable of tipping to three sides — rear, left, and right — allowing versatile unloading operations. Its strong steel construction ensures robustness and longevity. The hydraulic system is designed for reliable and efficient tipping action on all three sides. This versatile vehicle is suitable for diverse materials and working conditions, improving operational efficiency at construction, agriculture, and municipal sites.
Kempf also displayed a tandem tipper trailer with a three-way tipping function and a loading volume of approximately twelve cubic meters. This vehicle is designed for combined use in construction site traffic. Another three-way tipper body, the KAB 24-S, with a loading volume of approximately twelve cubic meters, was also on display.
The steel round dump body includes a membrane design intended to allow the structure to oscillate during loading, minimizing loading damage. This body is characterised by its low dead weight and a semi-circular shape that facilitates the discharge of cargo, especially in the optionally available conical design.
Visitors to the Nufam trade fair were invited to "Experience innovative solutions for your company." Kempf offered advice on the entire product range, showcasing their commitment to customer-oriented production of tipping vehicles, moving floor vehicles, and trailers.
The Nufam commercial vehicle trade fair covers a wide range of topics, including body and chassis, truck superstructures, cooperations, logistics software, last mile, trailer axles, IAA Mobility, IAA Transportation, and IAA TRANSPORTATION. It also includes expert forums and practical programs focused on digitization and training, environmental, climate protection and sustainability, fuel cells, electromobility, vehicle development, research and innovation, professional driver, workshop technology and software, and more.
