Found contractor for new road in Sunny Krasnoyarsk
In the city of Krasnoyarsk, a contractor has been determined for the construction of a long-awaited road linking Ulitsa Aviatorov directly to Solnechniy. The road, slated for completion in time for the city's 400th anniversary, was previously tendered but was later canceled on March 28, due to the need for modifications and additions to the technical specifications.
The new six- to four-lane road will come equipped with sidewalks, a drainage system, and street lighting. Construction is set to begin at a new intersection on the Northern Highway, with completion planned for the end of 2027.
Three companies participated in the bidding process, with LLC "PK DSU" emerging as the winner. The sole shareholder of the company is Roman Scripalshchikov, registered in Krasnoyarsk.
The contract value is set at 1.93 billion rubles, with payments scheduled as follows: 240 million rubles in 2025 (advance payment), 684 million rubles in 2026, and the remaining billion in 2027.
However, controversy surrounds Scripalshchikov, as he was reportedly arrested in late January and subsequently remanded to a detention center on allegations of illegally extracting over 2 billion rubles worth of sand and gravel on two sites near the settlement of Berezovka between October 2017 and November 2024. The total damage is estimated to exceed 2 billion rubles.
Despite Scripalshchikov's legal troubles, the company LLC "PK DSU" continues its operations without his personal involvement. However, it remains to be seen how effectively the company will deliver the project upon completion in late 2027.
