Figma Shares Surge on ChatGPT Integration News

Figma Inc. (NYSE:FIG) shares surged 6.81% on Tuesday, marking their fourth consecutive day of gains. The company's integration with ChatGPT, announced at OpenAI's DevDay conference, has sparked investor interest.

Figma's app is now integrated into ChatGPT, enabling it to recommend and create AI-generated FigJam diagrams based on user conversations. This new feature supports various chart types, enhancing user experience.

At the conference, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman showcased Figma's integration. Figma product manager Luke Zhang revealed that the AI assistant can also suggest the application when relevant. This integration allows ChatGPT to take over conversations and complete relevant actions using Figma's features.

OpenAI has also integrated Stripe into ChatGPT via the Agentic Commerce Protocol and Instant Checkout. This enables direct purchases from platforms like Etsy and soon, over a million Shopify merchants in the U.S. This integration could make Stripe a promising stock, as highlighted in a report from Insider Monkey.

Figma Inc. (NYSE:FIG) shares extended their winning streak on news of the ChatGPT integration. The new features, demonstrated at OpenAI's DevDay conference, could boost user engagement and drive further growth for both companies.
