Expansion aspirations in APAC region boosted by Thrive through double executive recruitment
Thrive Appoints Senior Leaders to Drive APAC Expansion
In a strategic move to boost its presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, global technology outsourcing company Thrive has appointed two seasoned industry veterans to key leadership positions. Farhad Jowharsha and Naveen Chodavarapu have been appointed as Vice Presidents, APAC, with Jowharsha based in the Hong Kong office and Chodavarapu operating out of the Singapore office.
Jowharsha, with 25 years of experience in consulting and sales leadership, will focus on sales leadership and customer cultivation. His impressive career includes senior roles at Forrester Research, Gartner, and others. In his new role, he aims to grow Thrive's sales pipeline and deliver consultative solutions across APAC.
Chodavarapu, on the other hand, will spearhead the APAC Operations team from the Singapore office. His background in customer success roles at HP, DXC Technology, Alcatel-Lucent, and others, has prepared him to lead the team in customer success, operations efficiency, and strengthening partnerships with technology collaborators in the region.
Together, Jowharsha and Chodavarapu are tasked with advancing Thrive's growth trajectory in APAC by boosting customer engagement, cultivating partnerships, and expanding the company's footprint in this key market. This move is crucial for Thrive's future global success.
Thrive specializes in global technology outsourcing for cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and other complex IT requirements. The company has recently bolstered its compliance services and industry expertise with the acquisitions of Baroan Technologies and Abacode. Every customer can expect to receive the five-star service Thrive is known for.
It's worth noting that Thrive received a strategic investment from Berkshire Partners and Court Square Capital in January 2025. With this backing, the company is well-positioned to support its growth plans in the APAC region and beyond.
Thrive has offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, providing a strong foundation for its expansion in the region. The company expects to see continued growth under the stewardship of Jowharsha and Chodavarapu. With their combined experience in growing sales pipelines, taking a consultative approach, and understanding what it means to help the customer succeed, Thrive is poised to make significant strides in the APAC market.
