Remote work models are reinforcing the trend of English being the primary language for one-third of employees. Thirty-five percent use AI tools to exchange ideas with colleagues abroad, and nearly a third use it for collaboration in multicultural teams.

The IT sector and software development, in particular, often communicate primarily in English. Sixty-five percent of specialists use English to communicate with international clients.
