Enpal Unveils High-Efficiency Heat Pump for High-Heat Demand Homes

Enpal, a leading provider of heat pumps, has announced significant advancements in its product range and services. The company's latest offering, designed for high heating loads, is now being installed in customers' homes. This new heat pump integrates with Enpal's virtual power plant and offers enhanced energy efficiency and customer service.

The new Enpal heat pump is designed with single-family homes and buildings with high heat demand in mind. It boasts an energy efficiency class of A+++, ensuring optimal performance. Benjamin Merle, both Product Manager and Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Enpal, oversees this innovative product.

Customers can now choose between a Bosch device or an in-house developed heat pump, providing flexibility and options. The heat pump is produced in China, available in power classes ranging from 8 to 16 kilowatts, and uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290.

Enpal aims for an operating temperature between 35 and 55 degrees Celsius to achieve annual efficiency numbers above 3. The heat pump can reach flow temperatures up to 80 degrees, benefiting customers with insufficient heat exchanger surfaces.

Enpal's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in its ten-year guarantee and bi-annual on-site maintenance. Additionally, a digital remote monitoring system ensures continuous performance tracking. Customers can control the heat pump via the Enpal app, orchestrated by the self-developed energy manager Enpal One.

With 10,000 heat pumps installed in the last two years, Enpal has solidified its position as one of the largest providers on the market. The integration of the new heat pump into Enpal's virtual power plant, considering weather forecasts and future energy prices, further strengthens the company's offerings. Enpal continues to prioritize energy efficiency, customer choice, and exceptional customer service.
