Emphasizes Strategic Significance of Persistent Work to Enhance 'Sahel' Mobile Application

In a significant move towards modernising public services, Minister Omar Al-Omar emphasised the ongoing development and improvement of the Sahel App, a key component of Kuwait's digital government vision.

The Sahel App, a unified digital portal for e-government services, is set to streamline access to various government agencies and enhance user experience. Minister Al-Omar recently held an expanded meeting with the executive committee of the Sahel application to discuss development plans and enhance user experience.

One of the latest updates in the Sahel App's development is the ongoing emphasis on continuous upgrading, aligning with Kuwait's broader digital transformation goals. The app serves as a central hub for e-government services, providing a seamless and comprehensive digital experience.

Recent developments have seen the Sahel App's executive committee convene to discuss future plans. The meeting was attended by key figures such as Fajr Al-Yassin, Quality Control Supervisor at the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI), Eng. Tareq Al-Darbas, Advisor to the Minister of Communications, and Colonel Bashar Al-Sayed Hashem, Director of Information Systems, Ministry of Interior.

The next phase of development for the Sahel App will bring about a faster rollout of new services, with a focus on integrating government entities through improved data exchange and technical connectivity. This integration aims to deliver a more seamless and comprehensive digital experience, enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring data consistency, and providing users with a seamless, interconnected experience.
