Caesars Entertainment Launches "Remote Reels" Feature at Tropicana Atlantic City Casino
Caesars Entertainment, a leading name in the gaming industry, has taken a significant step forward in blending the traditional casino experience with the convenience of online gaming. The company's latest innovation, the Remote Reels studio at Tropicana Atlantic City, allows online players to access and play 25 real slot machines located within the casino premises.
This ground-breaking development, made possible through a partnership with gaming tech company Awager, creates an omnichannel experience by bridging the gap between the physical casino environment and Caesars' online casino platform, Caesars Palace Online Casino.
The Remote Reels studio, a 937-square-foot glass-enclosed space on the casino floor, houses slot machines from top providers like Light & Wonder and Aristocrat. The studio's glass walls make it visible on the casino floor, showcasing the physical slot machines to onsite guests while being fully interactive for online users.
Players accessing Caesars Palace Online Casino through a mobile device or desktop can remotely spin the reels on the actual slot machines inside the Remote Reels studio in real time. This means online players are not playing virtual or simulated games, but rather the exact physical machines inside Tropicana Atlantic City controlled remotely via the app.
