Asus Extends Warranty to 3 Years on Laptops in Germany
Asus has announced an extension to its warranty policy for a range of laptops. The new warranty, effective immediately, covers consumer and gaming notebooks for three years in Germany.
The extended warranty applies to several Asus series, including Vivobook, Zenbook, ProArt, TUF Gaming, Chromebook, and ROG laptops purchased after October 1, 2025, with a manufacturing date after January 2024. Notably, the battery is excluded from the warranty, maintaining the standard 12-month coverage.
Asus joins other manufacturers like Sharkoon, who have extended warranties for products such as power supplies and gaming chairs, offering up to 10 years of warranty starting July 2025. Users can check the warranty status of their devices online, but the new warranty does not apply retroactively to previously purchased devices.
Asus's warranty extension for consumer and gaming notebooks in Germany provides an additional layer of protection for customers, aligning with the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
