Analog Devices International UC, the main Irish arm of the US-based semiconductor manufacturer, has reported its financial performance for 2024. The company paid out dividends totaling $3.18 billion during 2024, bringing the cumulative total to $5.4 billion as of August 2025 [1].

The directors of Analog Devices International UC expressed optimism for the future, stating that "our diversified business model combined with our leading technology portfolio position the company to deliver sustainable long-term growth in the years ahead." However, detailed figures for profits, total revenues, and employment numbers specifically for 2023 and 2024 were not disclosed in the search results.

Despite the lack of specific figures, the directors noted that the 2024 results aligned with their expectations, indicating stable financial health [1]. The company's employment figures for 2024 show an increase of 131 employees, bringing the total workforce to 1,757 [1].

In May 2023, Analog Devices announced plans to build a €630 million facility in Co Limerick, adding 600 jobs to its Irish workforce [2]. The construction involved the creation of a 45,000sq ft research, development, and manufacturing facility at its European regional headquarters in the Raheen Business Park.

The company's profits decreased by 72% to $487.78 million in the 12 months to November 2nd, 2022 [3]. However, the drop in profits was primarily due to non-cash amortisation costs rising from $2.04 billion to $2.73 billion [4].

The directors' pay totalled $2.19 million, with emoluments of $715,000, long-term incentives of $1.42 million, and pension contributions of $54,000 [5]. The directors' R&D spend last year totalled $1 billion, an increase from $615.2 million in 2023 [5].

In a post balance sheet event, the company paid further dividends of $2.25 billion to Analog Devices Limerick UC [1]. The company's cash funds increased from €163 million to €570.73 million [1]. At the end of December, the firm had shareholder funds of $26.74 billion [6].
