AI Startup 11xAI Secures $2M to Create Digital Workers Alice, James & Bob
London-based 11xAI, a startup developing automated digital workers, has secured $2 million in a pre-seed funding round. The company aims to revolutionise the workforce by creating AI-powered agents that can replace human employees in various tasks.
11xAI launched its first digital worker, Alice, focusing on AI-driven sales development. The company now plans to expand its team of six engineers and create two more autonomous digital workers: James for automated talent acquisition and Bob for human resources tasks. With the new funding led by Project A Ventures, 11xAI also aims to further penetrate the U.S. market, although specific target industries remain unclear.
The company's ultimate goal is to create an AI-powered workforce that can run on autopilot, freeing human employees for more creative tasks. 11xAI believes this will help smaller businesses increase productivity and compete with larger corporations. The funding round also included participation from No Label Ventures, Tiny Ventures, and angel investors Felipe Navio and Mandeep Singh.
With the successful funding round, 11xAI is poised to grow its team and develop more autonomous digital workers. The company's vision to transform the workforce through AI-powered agents is gaining traction, as seen in its plans to expand into the U.S. market and create more digital workers like James and Bob.
