In a strategic move aimed at reshaping the AI, data, and digital engineering solutions industry, Altimetrik has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire SLK Software. The deal, valued at approximately $600 million (Rs 5,100 crore), is expected to close in the second half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

The acquisition of SLK Software, a global technology services firm recognised as a leader in the tech industry, is set to enhance Altimetrik's capabilities significantly. SLK Software's customer-first approach and focus on delivering AI, intelligence automation, and analytics solutions will complement Altimetrik's AI-first, platform-native engineering approach.

Upon closing, the combined entity will serve a global customer base of over 150 businesses, including Fortune 500 companies and innovative tech enterprises. The workforce will grow to over 10,000 employees globally, substantially enhancing delivery capacity.

Raj Vattikuti, Board Member and Founder of Altimetrik, stated that the combination of the two businesses aims to enhance their ability to solve real business problems with precision and speed. Ajay Kumar, CEO of SLK Software, mentioned that the combined entity will unlock exceptional value and drive measurable impact at scale for their clients.

The combined entity will also be working closely with major partners like OpenAI, Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, and Databricks, further strengthening its ecosystem and innovation capabilities. This partnership network includes era-defining pioneers, a testament to the combined entity's commitment to driving innovation in the industry.

The acquisition is expected to position Altimetrik on a clear path toward reaching $1 billion in annual revenue, reinforcing its status as a leading pure-play AI, data, and digital engineering solutions provider.
